Written Habitat Plans with In-Person Training

This service is for anyone trying to build better deer habitat while simultaneously developing better hunting strategies for their property. I observe deer behavior and analyze your habitat through physical scouting and thermal drone surveys. Then, I provide you with a written plan and some hands-on training to ensure you're headed in the right direction.

What my process looks like:

  1. I schedule an initial phone call to discuss your property's location and talk about your goals and expectations for this service. I also have a questionnaire I provide via email before this call.

  2. I assess your property on a large scale using digital maps. Then, I visit your property in person to determine your current habitat and hunting setups and see how deer are currently using your property.

  3. I do aerial surveys with my thermal drone so you can understand how deer use your property and how many you have on your property at a given time.

  4. Now that I have your goals and objectives, I develop one large-scale plan and one small-scale plan so you can decide what option will best help you.

  5. After you choose a plan, I provide you with a work plan that includes individual tasks and dates so you can get started.

  6. To ensure your success, I will provide an additional 2 - 4 hours of hands-on training where I come to your property and help you accomplish any of the tasks I’ve provided in the work plan. This service is included in my quote, so you don't have to worry about any upcharge!
